Updates as of August 2023...

Geno's Gym was Phase I of our capital construction project completed in October 2020.

Phase II will complete Geno's Youth Center - and both facilities will be connected when finished!

Demo started April 24 and completion will be Spring of 2024! Framing is complete! Stay tuned for more updates as more construction stages are completed...

Groundbreaking Ceremony at Kids Club held on October 19th, 2018

The below info and photos are from the Burns Times-Herald:

"A groundbreaking ceremony for the Kids Club of Harney County will be <note: was> held at 4:30pm Friday, October 19th, 2018. Excavation work will start soon, and the gymnasium structure will start being built around May 2019. The facility will feature a new full size gymnasium, Geno's Gym, allowing for new programs like gymnastics and "Mommy & Me" tumbling classes, as well as having the ability to host open gym time, provide additional space for sports teams to practice, and during the bitter winter months, a time where adults can come walk or run. Along with bringing a new gym to the community, the new Geno's Youth Center and Kids Club will also feature a teen area, art room, a café area, new classroom for existing programs and much more."
